About Us
Improving properties since 2001
We help property investors (buying or selling) to quickly understand their property, make sense of building and pest reports, and quantify repair or modification costs.
We complete tenancy flips. Many people do this. Few people do it well. Our focus is attention to the details. When we fill holes from a previous tenant, we also re-texture the walls, so it looks the way it should. When we are at a property touching things up, if we see something small that we can do that will substantially improve the look and feel of the property, we do it.
Our head of maintenance is a property investor, and very much detail focussed, so we have a solid background in what is needed.
